Alternative Dispute Resolution—Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the process of resolving legal conflicts without going to trial. Entertainment, Sports & Leisure Law—Our firm has an entire department of attorneys with expertise in this complex area of the law which includes art, entertainment, sports, tourism, travel, and leisure; often extends into contract, copyright, and tort matters; and requires negotiation and drafting of sophisticated and complex legal documents as well as litigation.
